Blue Light Disco

On Friday, we had a Disco. we had so much fun. Here is a video of Year 1 & 2 children dancing at the disco.

Botanic Gardens

Last Wednesday, B5, B6, A3 and A4 went to the Botanic Gardens to learn about Invertebrates on our Doorstep. We walked around looking at different plants, and trees. After that, we went into the classroom to learn about Invertebrates. We saw the Worm Farm and the Compost Bins. Here is our video.

Visit to MOTAT

This term, we have learning about Communication. At the beginning of the term, we went to MOTAT. We went on the Tram and went into the Tactile Dome and saw some interesting things in the classroom. Here are the photos from that day. Thank you to all the Parent Helpers that helped on that day.

Stardome

Last term on Thursday 11th July B4, B5 and B6 went to the Stardome. We had a great time and learnt about the Sun, Moon and Earth. Here are some of the photos. Thank you to all the parent helpers that helped on that day. The B Block teachers really appreciate it. 

Pyjama Party

Last night, we had our Annual Pyjama Party. We all had a great time and the VW room was beautifully decorated. Here are some of the photos.

Sign Language Week

This week, we have been celebrating Sign Language Week. Today, C1 children came and showed us how to sign our School song "TE IWI E". At the beginning of the video, there are butterflies that we have painted to represent "Sign Language Week". Have fun learning the school song.

Making Popcorn

On Friday, B1, B4, B5 and B6 children made popcorn. It was very exciting as we got to use the big Popcorn maker. We had a fun time and we enjoyed eating it. Some of the A3 and A4 children also got to eat Popcorn.
